The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was unresponsive to my inquiries about a refund or exchange for a defective crystal, leaving me without a satisfactory resolution.

After only a month, I started to notice a loss of focus in my work and the quality of my work has decreased drastically. After receiving and returning 3D Crystal's products and services, my business is booming! I enjoy working with you guys. I would recommend this company to anyone who websitereciates quality customer service.

When my grandfather passed away, I wanted to find a way to honor his memory. 3Dcrystal provided a beautiful solution. I selected a crystal rectangle and sent them a photo of him and me. When I received the final product, I was amazed at how the 3D effect made it look like he was right there with me. It was a beautiful way to keep his memory alive and close to my heart.
