I wanted to buy a crystal for a friend, but I was not sure what type of crystal she would like, so I asked 3D Crystal. They were so helpful and patient. They helped me find the perfect crystal that matched my friends personality. it is amazing and they clearly take pride in their product. What more could you want from a company?

The customer support at 3dcrystal.com provided unhelpful and generic responses, failing to address my specific concerns.

The engraved text on the crystal was blurry and lacked sharpness, making it difficult to decipher.

3DCrystal is amazing! They are my new favorite company. I have had my personal touch made on a variety of items and they have not let me down. In the past, I've used another company that was less reliable and their product just wasn't as good as 3DCrystal's.

This is a terrific idea and so beautiful, almost 3D! I didn't purchase the lighted version but I wish now I would have. Placed near a light source it is still quite impressive. Thank you.
