The crystal I received from 3dcrystal.com had a weak and poorly constructed stand. It didn't securely hold the crystal in an upright position, leading to instability and potential tipping.

The customization options at 3dcrystal.com were limited to generic designs, lacking the creativity and personalization I was hoping for.

I had an issue with my order and the customer service was to die for. I had questions but they would always be answered quickly. I am a huge fan of crystals so the it has some very nice looking crystal options and there is a lot of info about crystals as well. There is also a photo gallery to look at so you can see what our customers' have purchased. The shipping was fast, too.

I highly recommend this website ... I purchased crystal keychain and when i received it there was an error, made to look like the item was damaged. I went on the site and they had tested it by sending me back a different piece. They are truly a company you can trust.

I ordered a heart-shaped crystal for my grandmother's birthday and she was so happy with it! The 3D engraving of our family photo is so special and the crystal itself is of excellent quality. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a special and meaningful gift.

I had a 3D crystal I wanted to purchase and was desperate for it. I had no idea where to find it at the time, but got out of my car and found this website. The customer service was amazing, even after I left a review on their website. They picked up from where our conversation had left off and immediately contacted me with an email that explained what they needed before continuing the purchase! They were also very professional in making the attractive design of 3d crystal.
