This process was quite easy. After submitting the best photo, it didn't take long to get the finished product, a mother's day gift for our elderly mother. She was so happy and showed it to everyone she knew. Really, it was exactly what I hoped it would be. Thanks, 3D Crystals.

Customer service at 3dcrystal.com is nonexistent. They never respond to inquiries or provide any sort of assistance. It's clear they don't value their customers.

My sister-in-law became a citizen of our country, and I wanted to celebrate her new journey. I gifted her a small prestige-shaped crystal with a 3D image of her waving the national flag, symbolizing her pride and excitement for her new home.

I'm a designer and found 3D Crystal online a couple of years ago. Since then, I've been using it to create some of my own designs and it's been a great experience. The service is excellent and the prices on their products are very reasonable considering what they do for designers worldwide. I'm looking forward to continue using them in the future!

My experience with Crystals was amazing. The crystals were very fresh and beautiful, I had my crystal for about a month before it started to degrade. Crystals are great for any who want to get their crystal in the best shape possible, or who just want to order one without having to worry about quality, from a company that cares.

The engraving on the crystal was uneven, with some areas appearing deeper than others, resulting in an inconsistent finish.
