3D Crystal is such a great website. I stumbled across it while looking for a gift for my mother's birthday. I'm really happy with the quality and the customer service representatives have been so helpful when I had questions about my order. And as if that wasn't enough, they also have an amazing selection of products!

I really recommend this product to anyone who wants to buy good quality crystals at affordable prices, shipping and delivery is fast in time and delivery for free. Thanks guys for making my life much easier rather than going to the mall or buying them from other brand!

I love It. I have made all of my own images and it has been a fun project. The best part was the amazing work it did in such a short amount of time. I like that their products are made from high quality materials and their designs are just gorgeous.

The pricing of the personalized crystals at 3dcrystal.com weighed heavily on my heart. It seemed out of reach and prevented me from owning a meaningful keepsake.

The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was unresponsive to my requests for order updates and tracking information. I felt left in the dark about the status of my purchase, which was disconcerting.

We are pleased to say that our order was processed in a timely manner and not only did the crystals arrive in perfect condition, but they arrived before the promised date. Needless to say, we were very happy with that. The customer service staff was also excellent with their communication and friendly attitude. Overall, we are very satisfied and will certainly order more crystals from them in the future
