The website of 3dcrystal.com was unreliable and often experienced technical glitches. It was difficult to place an order and complete the transaction smoothly.

I had the best experience shopping on the 3D Crystal site. The customer service staff were amazing, so knowledgeable and made me feel confident in my purchase. They have a fantastic variety of crystals to choose from with stunning pictures and detailed descriptions. I had a question about an order I sent in, which they replied to within minutes - it was very impressive!

I've used 3Dcrystal over the last few months as a member of their premium service. I have purchased three pieces of Crystals, that was about 2 years ago and my Crystal is still in perfect condition. The 3Dcrystal is crystal clear, accurate and realistic picture. The quality has been outstanding and I love the high quality photo it gave me on the picture itself (it's just like real).

Love my crystal but my only regret is that I did not buy a larger one. Wish I had but I will be back for another.

As I have said before, 3D Crystal is an excellent customer service company with a large variety of crystals to select from. I'm always impressed with the attention to detail and why not better customer service. The website itself is far superior to some others that I've found, it's easy to navigate and allows you to see all of their products in the same browser window.

I ordered a 3D crystal of my parents' wedding photo for their anniversary and it was such a special moment. The detail in the engraving is so precise, it's like they're right in front of me. It's now a cherished item in our family.

I ordered a 3D crystal of my grandparents' house as a tribute to their memory. When it arrived, my family and I were amazed by the level of detail and how the 3D effect made it look like we were right there in that place. It's now a cherished keepsake of our family history and memories.
