I was disappointed with the packaging of my crystal from 3dcrystal.com. The box was flimsy and didn't provide adequate protection for the delicate crystal inside. While the customer service team was understanding and offered a replacement, the initial experience left me with a negative impression.

Hard to believe that the photo that I submitted was copied so perfectly. I actually took a picture of a picture with my phone. I even edited the photo on my phone before submitting. I ordered the smallest crystal and submitted a photo of my husband and I together. I was doubtful that it would turn out well. WE LOVE IT! Amazing workmanship!

3DCrystal is the best! I ordered a personalized photo for my dad for his birthday and it was quick response time and high quality. It's been a year since I've ordered from them, but my dad has yet to give it back!

So I got the free trial and it was my birthday, so I said to myself "wow that's a good thought, best gift for my birthday". It didn't work too well, you can't get close to the real thing. But after some emails and discussion with them I decided to pay them and give it a shot.
