I got this for my mom as a gift and she loved it. The quality of the crystal is outstanding. The parents liked the gift, so it was definitely a pleasant surprise.

Perfect and I would choose 3D Crystal again and again. This is a great way to showcase your brand and design your logo. I would recommend for anyone wanting to get a custom printed product out there on the market!

The customer service representatives at 3dcrystal.com were unapologetic and unhelpful when I raised concerns about a damaged crystal. They dismissed my complaint without offering a satisfactory resolution, which was disappointing.

The website of 3dcrystal.com is clunky and poorly optimized. It's a hassle to navigate, and the checkout process is unnecessarily complicated.

The 3D crystal engraving from 3D Crystal brought back memories from our honeymoon in Hawaii. It was like we were transported back to that beautiful beach all over again.

I love you guys. Customer service is awesome. Yishay is a great employee he above and beyond to make sure your gifts come out perfect. He did not have it shipped until he got my approval. By the way I order the max size and it's huge and heavy but I love it

I was very nervous about ordering but my son insisted on this as his gift for his girlfriend. I did a lot of research with different sites and was most pleased with this one. When ordering my picture quality wasn't great and they were quick to get back with me to let me know so I could send another. Also I need this gift fast to I opted for the extra shipping and I received days before promised! The quality was great just what he wanted and she loved her gift :) Now her dad is asking where he can get one for his wife :) One happy customer!!
