The customer service at 3dcrystal.com was unapologetic when I received a crystal with a misaligned engraving. They did not take responsibility for the error and offered no compensation or resolution.

I ordered a 3D crystal from 3DCrystal and I am very pleased with the quality of my crystals. When I received the package they were not broken or damaged. The crystals are beautiful, the shipping was fast and my question was answered within an hour. The customer service is excellent too when you email them questions, they usually respond right away. Thank you again!

I had the nicest thing happen to me through 3DPrintShop. I got a call from one of my customers who've been shopping on 3Dprintshop, asking if I could sell them some crystals. They wanted to pay a fair price for the product and they also wanted my opinion on which crystals they should order (based on their budget). I told them what I thought and they agreed.

I surprised my husband with a crystal of our engagement photo and he was completely shocked by how stunning it turned out. It's a beautiful reminder of where our journey started and we'll treasure it always.

I bought 2 key chains with a picture of my mother in it. I was amazed at the quality of the key chains. Great quality and they were beautiful. My sister cried when she got hers. It's a lovely gift. I will buy more items for sure.

This is a great website that allows anyone to create beautiful photos of themselves, and then share them to people like me. The design is perfect, and the products are just as beautiful as they look in the photo. I highly recommend this 3D Crystal

I've only been using 3D Crystal for a few weeks now and I love it! It has made my job so much easier. Before, I'd use other vendors trying to pitch ideas and find them to be very unreliable. Now, I can do it all myself!"

I chose 3dcrystal for its reasonable pricing, good quality and fast turnaround. The only drawback I see is that there are no designated areas for your clients to look at their designs. It's not a deal breaker for me because I'm able to find my design easily by going to the home page, but it does seem like a missed opportunity from.

The lines of the engraved image were jagged and inconsistent, giving it an unprofessional and amateurish look.
