I found 3D Crystal through the website and I'm extremely happywith the product. The quality is amazing and it looks high-end, which it is. The crystals are very durable, unbreakable and attractive. They have great customer service as well, which makes me feel like I can contact them anytime for any issue or question. My only regret is that I didn't find them earlier!

You might remember me from last year's GDC when I was honored to introduce 3D Crystal for the first time. I originally reviewed them back in March of 2015 and then again earlier this month. They are a great company with a fantastic product that is very affordable, but they do not have the most qualified sales team in the industry. The customer service is top notch and they will go above and beyond to help you out when you need

I would definitely recommend 3D Crystal. They're not only a company that I can trust with my personal projects and business but they also have an amazing support staff. When I had to make changes to my website, it wasn't an easy task for me because of the way their website looks so everything needed to be changed! But it was all done correctly in no time and the customer service is excellent.

I have ordered from 3D Crystal for the past few months and I can say that they stand out among other competitors. Shipment is always on time, and crystals arrive in great condition. Payment plan is easy to understand and the shipping process takes less than 24 hours for each order: just as promised. They have so many beautiful crystals to choose from, with new ones released every week!

My son accidentally dropped and broke my grandmother's antique teapot, which was devastating for our family. I wanted to do something to honor her memory and found this 3D crystal business online. They were so helpful in choosing the perfect crystal shape and size, and the engraving of my grandmother's photo was so detailed and beautiful. Now, every time I look at the crystal, I am reminded of my grandmother's love and legacy.
