What you have with 3D Crystal is a wonderful customer service desk. We only stayed up late one night, sent our package on and received it the next day! The customer service was outstanding. I had a couple of conversations with the executive who responds to all emails (I don't know her name) and she's great. Was very clear on everything that was needed; she gave me some options so I could make the right choice,

As a nature lover, I wanted to find a way to showcase my favorite landscapes in a unique way. 3Dcrystal provided the perfect solution. I ordered a crystal cube and sent them a photo I took of the Grand Canyon. When I received the final product, I was amazed at how the 3D effect made it look like I had a miniature version of the Grand Canyon in my hand. It was a beautiful representation of the beauty and majesty of nature.

The crystal I received from 3dcrystal.com had a slightly distorted shape, which affected the overall symmetry and aesthetic appeal of the design. It looked imperfect and lacked the desired visual impact.
