3D Crystal is an amazing website for people who would like to get their own photos laser etched in a beautiful crystal. I love their products! I have used 3D Crystal for a number of years, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I just purchased another design that was done by 3D Crystal and it looks fantastic on my craft table. They are clearly a leading designer and are always attending trade shows with them.

The customer service representatives at 3dcrystal.com seemed uninformed about ongoing promotions or discounts. When I inquired about potential savings, they were unable to provide accurate information, leading to missed opportunities for savings.

The engraved text on the crystal was illegible, with letters merging together and lacking clarity.
