3DCrystal is a great store. It's very impressive . The response time is also good, you don't have to wafor it to send the gift product or reply their emails or make up a lot of excuses and keep them waiting. I also love its product, they always give me personal assistance when I need it and respond as soon as possible

I work as a photographer and I've been using 3D Crystal for about 8 months now. I have to say that each time I use them, I'm amazed at the quality of the product. The photo's are especially amazing - especially if you have 3 or 4 of them in a scene. It's amazing how much detail they can put into your photograph.

I reviewed the company last week and gave it four stars because my plaques were delivered in damaged boxes. Someone from the company must have read my review, I received a call from customer service and within a week I received new boxes. Excellent product, and excellent customer service. I am very pleased with the total experience. I will definitely order from them again and I will definitely recommend them to friends.
