I have been working with 3D crystal for about a year now and I can say that their product is of excellent quality and is well packed. When I ordered the crystal, I thought that it would be too big to wrap around my company (6 m x 4 m) but luckily it fits perfectly. The best thing about 3Dcrystal is their customer service.

I have been working with Mr. Tan for the past few months and he is a great guy. I am always amazed by his professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. He is very personable and truly cares about his clients, not just as a customer but as someone who needs our help. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great 3d engraver with outstanding customer service and above all.

I was searching for a special way to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, and I came across 3Dcrystal. I chose a heart-shaped crystal and sent them a photo of my parents on their wedding day. When I received the final product, I couldn't believe how much detail they had captured. It was as if my parents were standing right there in front of us, smiling and holding hands. The 3Dcrystal was a perfect representation of their love and dedication to each other.

The pricing structure at 3dcrystal.com left me with a heavy heart. The cost outweighed the emotional value I had attached to the crystal.
