I've had a lot of good experiences ordering from 3Dcrystal. Their crystals always show up in a timely manner and have always been the high quality that I have come to expect from them. I never hesitate to order something from them again when I need it.

I was extremely impressed with the final product! The photo is of a beautiful, serene lake and it made my customer look absolutely gorgeous. The customer loved the photograph and commented that "it reminded her of where she currently lives". I would definitely use 3DCrystal for any photography related projects in the future!

I ordered a medium-sized rectangle crystal for my aunt who recently retired after a long career as a nurse. The 3D image of her in her uniform was a heartwarming tribute to her years of service and dedication to helping others.

I am delighted with my crystals and very impressed by their quality. I've had him make some expensive crystals for me, but these are the best I've seen. Not only are they gorgeous, they are very well finished and look great (and of course, lovely to hold). My friends have also been mentioning how beautiful and unique they look.

The shipping fees charged by 3dcrystal.com were excessive given the poor service provided.

The customer service team at 3dcrystal.com was unresponsive to my inquiries about the status of my order. I had to initiate multiple follow-ups to get a simple update, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

I am so happy with this product! I could not find the right crystal anywhere, and then I looked at 3Dcrystal's website. The selection they have is incredible and I am so satisfied. We will be ordering more crystals soon as well.
