3Dcrystal is a wonderful people to work with. I ordered the wrong size of crystal at first and they were very understanding in making the changes needed. They responded quickly and were always kind, even when I had to make adjustments. Once the order was ready, they shipped it quickly and it arrived just as expected. The crystal was delivered in perfect condition.

I am a very happy customer of 3D Crystal. I ordered a crystal from them for my sister as a birthday gift and she loved it. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined, and every detail was captured in the crystal. If you are looking for a special gift for someone, I would highly recommend their work!

Hi I love it! I wish I got the writing on the bottom. If I send this back can you add writing to it? I will pay to ship it both ways and also pay for the writing? Please let me know

I'm always amazed at the quality and craftsmanship of 3D Crystal. I've used it for several different things, from simple keychain making to coin collecting. All you have to do is pick one item that you are trying to create and let 3D Crystal do the rest! You can also purchase pre-made patterns (many of which are very affordable) that you can change up as needed.

I purchased a 3D crystal engraving of my father, who passed away from a heart attack last year. It was a sudden and unexpected loss, and it's been difficult to come to terms with. But having this beautiful tribute to him has helped me to feel like he's still with us in some small way. The detail and quality of the engraving are breathtaking, and it captures his strength and kindness perfectly.
