I love being able to log on and sort out my insurance cover (especially as noone answers your phones). It is annoying that I cannot start my insurance at the end date of my last cover and just roll that over, I essentially have to have a second cover with a policy that still have months to run...

Thanks for the feedback and you’ve actually put your finger on exactly what we’re built for! The whole idea is that you can log on and sort everything yourself, start to finish, without ever needing to pick up the phone.
On the overlap: we’re only able to offer renewals from 21 days before your policy expires, as renewing any earlier would breach our terms of business with the Insurer. Renewing within that window rolls your cover straight on from the end date with no doubling up, whereas a brand-new policy bought months early will always run alongside your current one. So near expiry, just log in for the renewal rather than a fresh application and it’ll line up perfectly. 🧡
