Tests and speed of results were fine. Issue was, after I purchased my tests I needed for work, and indicating the location that was closest to me, when I got there the nurse told me they do not do that type of test at this location. Think that would have been on the website when I chose my location and tests? Spent another couple of hours location the next nearest location that does do that test and getting it done.

The lady at the front desk needs to be more courteous. Also, She had me wait outside, which is fine. However, I waited right outside the door since I had to park far away. (Parking is TERRIBLE). I got the text and immediately came in. She said, "Oh! I've been texting you so I had to let others in front of you go." I literally just got the text. Very frustrating.
