In the past the lab was clean & spotless. This time, it looked like it had was a dump zone- cardboard boxes, clothing, papers, etc on chairs, desk, check in space, all counters. ALL staff (4 or so) were huddled in a room chatting away, did not acknowledge when I entered and for about 7 min after. Very unusual amd very odd for this site. If I hadn’t been before & know its usualky not this way I wouldn’t return. That said, the plebotomist was excellent.
