Quick, easy, professional. Less expensive than going to my doctors office.

I was very pleased with the speed at which I received the results of the lab tests. I ordered them for my brother who is not familiar with internet use. I've not heard if the missing results from the first email are done and will need to check. The problems were with Quest labs. I had no way of contacting them, some numbers were to a local hospital lab which denied any knowledge of an Accesa order. It appears that the place to which I was directed is an outdoor Covid testing site, maybe, as there was no way to contact them. In the end, my sister made numerous phone calls and found an actual lab site that was nearly one hour from where I was staying. As I was not permitted to wait inside, I can only assume that my brother presented an accurate portrayal of the events. As was previously noted, he is essentially computer illiterate and was asked to sign in on an notebook or some similar device and was unable to do so and there was no real help from anybody there. As I was an out of state provider, I could not order labs through the normal medical establishments and had to rely on Acessa for obtaining an order. In hindsight, I probably could have reached out to another local provider and obtained an order and will probably consider it in the future should the need arise. I've no problem with the result and the speed at which they were returned. The inability to communicate with Acessa and Quest are significant detrimental issues.

Fast and efficient!

Quick and easy!

The site where I went is clean and good customer service. Since there is a discount for students and I filled the required information but I didn’t get any response from the person who takes care of this issue.

professional & convenient--thx!

Very easy and convenient!

Great, prompt, convenient service!

Accesa makes it easy for ordering labs and scheduling my labs... Also your prices are relatively affordable. Thank you for providing the freedom and independence to better control of my health.

I was in and out in 10 minutes and had the results the next day. Can't beat that!

Quick and great service

Very convenient and results quickly.

Quick results. Friendly staff

When I arrived to my testing location, they told me my lab order was invalid, the account number doesn't exist, they asked me who the physician was, and they asked for my insurance. They almost did not allow me to take the test but one nurse just tried to figure it out and I was able to take the test. This was incredibly stressful and caued me to spend about an hour of them just trying to figure out how to locate my test order from the printed lab order I was provided by Accesa. That being said, once the test was complete I did receive my results from Accesa in a few days and it was exactly what I needed.

Excellent service. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

While more than what I was hoping in paying, I got my test and my results back very quickly.

Thank you for your very professional and friendly care.

Great experience! No complaints

I would definitely purchase another test. It was a great price and quick service. Highly recommend.
