COVID-19 Antibody Test
The results came back sooner than expected, however the results are not easy to read. For the money paid, Accesa should be more clear in their results. Not a difficult thing to provide paying customers.

AMH Test
I went to get a test performed at a Tom Thumb location. The check-in process and wait time was good. However the phlebotomist who conducted my blood draw was very heavy handed and lacked appropriate bedside manner as she was rude. Also I must mention that I was left with a pretty large bruise on my left arm from the needle being stabbed into my vein. Hopefully she will be a bit gentler going forward with her patients and even polite.

Easy to find test and lab. The process was efficient. I wish there were more tests that I could sign up for like food sensitivity.

It was easy to schedule an appointment as there were plenty of choices. Once at the lab I got right in as scheduled with no issues, they knew what was ordered, did what they needed and I was out within 10 minutes. The results came quickly! A great service.

Lab process was quick and went smoothly at lab site. Also pricing was cheaper than another popular location in my area.
