Much better than the last adjustable track bar I picked up for my 04 GC. Very easy to adjust while still bolted on vehicle.

2015-2020 Ford F-150 4WD (Extended / Crew Cab) 3/5" Lowering Kit - IHC-F2002-CK
Did the drop in my garage with a regular jack and jack stand with one person. It does make it harder but still doable. At the end of the drop the truck looked very squatted in the rear. Had to buy helper springs (air bags) to help level it out. So she is a bit stiff in the rear now and the rear still sits a bit lower than the front. The guys said at suspension superstore said the front should settle over the next few thousand miles, I got my fingers crossed. I think the front only dropped 2” so far. The alignment went well after no serious issues. I wish I knew it would be a bit squatted before purchasing.

I had a local shop install my 2/4 drop kit. They said it was straight forward took them a day to install. The ride quality is great l did buy the shocks that went with my kit. Portion keys in the front new front shackle and spring hanger in the rear. The kit l got did not require the axle flip .
