I am sorry you did not receive the instructions, that was me you spoke with and I did email them. I may have made an error in the email address. We apologize for that.

Barely lowered the truck 1". Was looking for a true 2" drop

The coils will often take a couple hundred miles to fully settle. Every truck does sit a little differently however. If you would like you can trim the top coil for .5-.75" more drop.

2019-2026 RAM 1500 2wd/4wd Premium 2" Rear Lowering Coils - 272920
Mine were very “bouncy" when installed. Felt like I was driving my lowered civic from 1999. Excellent build quality and easy to install.
All reviews said no one noticed a difference in ride quality. Not sure what happened on my end. They were installed in a 2020 ram 1500 new body style.
Great service and email response time from sales staff over email. Would recommend dealing with Accessory Partners any time.

2015-2020 GM SUV 2wd/4wd 2/3" or 2/4" MaxTrac Drop Kit - KS331524
Kit is easy to install, and gave me the look I was wanting. Height difference is around 1/8 inch in the front, and has a 1/2 inch forward rake, which I personally like. I did clearance the back side of the lower control arms a little for more radius at full lock and changed some of the hardware on the shock extender. I'd buy the kit again.

2015-2018 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 2wd/4wd 3.5" Rear Leveling Kit - 153LD
Fit great, with the factory blocks out I bent the tabs on the ride height brackets flat and then flipped them over and put back together with factory u bolts. I installed the new rods and my truck sits perfectly level. I didn't have to see the dealer and the trim shows zero on the screen great product

I installed this kit in my 2020 2500HD. It was a easy install and instead of the 1.5 inch block in the rear I put in a 3 inch block. The look is awesome!! These trucks are tall to start and now it looks perfect and will take the 35 inch tires.

2007-2013 Chevy & GMC 1500 2wd/4wd 5-6" Lowering MaxTrac Rear Shock - 2000LL-4
These shocks ride GREAT! This is on a NNBS 07 4wd Vortec Max Silverado with a 3/5 drop. These are the 3rd different set of shocks I have tried and they are by far the best ride. It rides better than factory (Finally!). I also have the Maxtrac front adjustable struts and I love those as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
