Easy to install rear didn't come with instructions but I managed. Bought new rear shocks. As recommended but in my opinion they are wayyyyyy to weak. Will have to buy others unfortunately

1999-2018 Chevy & GMC 1500 8" Lift Rear Deaver Leaf Spring (Each) - Cognito 210-90239
Would give it a 5 star as far as ride quality, but the reason im giving a 4 star is because the paint on them were pretty bad, flaking and cracking and clumps. Stripped the paint and painted them myself. I love them though besides the paint that came with it.

Fairly easy to install. Lowered the rear of my 2019 f150 about 1 3/4 inches. Recommend using a floor jack to make the install much easier. Truck does ride a little smoother.
