2015-2025 Ford F-150 2wd/4wd 1.25-1.5" Rear Lowering Shackles - PRS-413710
Installed on a 23 SCREW F150 and only dropped about 1''. How can you get 1.5-2'' if the shackles are only 2'' longer than the OEM? You drop only one side of the leaf springs, you can't get 2''. The part is well made though.
On a 4X4 5.5 bed, you have to disassemble the shocks AND the u-bolts to be able to remove the long shackle bolts. A LOT of work for a 1'' drop. I should have removed the OEM blocks instead. I didn't do my research properly.

Over all was satisfied. Ended up with U-bolt brackets, so make sure to ask, also would of been a better kit if it came with new upper and lower control arm hardware. Ride is great and after reaching out to IHC on rear end squeking, we quickly resolved with lubricating outer walls on rear. A complete kit under $1,500 was a win. I would recommend this kit if you have been on the fence about slamming your OBS. Alignment shop had zero issue with alignment and my ride quality is firm but not uncomfortable.

When putting drop shackles in the rear, it tips the front of the pinion down. Not enough to have vibrations from the drive shaft. My problem is, is that tipping the pinion down changes the shock mounts. One shock mount is on the front of the axle and one is on the rear of the axle. I am guessing that I will have to install a shim (wedge) kit to bring things back to being the same as far as shock distance.

I ordered the Max Trac 2/4 drop but didn’t install the spring hangers and haven’t decided if I will or not, I like the way it rides now and I think with my wheel offset the tires would rub. I am happy with the kit and with the customer service I received as my kit arrived missing a shackle because it was damaged in shipping.
