I am a first time buyer so I was a bit nervous about buying an air plant over the internet. I was worried about the time it took to ship and the weather as I live in Colorado and it's spring. You can get any type of weather this time of year. I received my air plants very quickly and followed the directions found in the box as to how to care for my plants after shipment. It was so easy and they are doing great. I have had no problems.

I am excited to place these. They will go nicely on my porch when we get it ready for summer. They are heavy enough to stay put if the wind blows.

I already have an air plant addiction, but this time I received some larger ones which was really great! They look great in my windowsills in the cactus containers. Very pleased, as always with air plant city.

Was very impressed with the blushing and blooming variety and health! It was so exciting opening the package. I would suggest more shipping padding for the delicate plants.

My experience was great! I had originally ordered a multipack not knowing how big I needed the plants to be for my project. When they arrived and I realized that most of the pack was going to be too big for my project, I reached out and Jill was amazing helping pick the correct plant size. She also allowed me to switch out the plants for different ones that would fit my project more appropriately.

My plants are beautiful & healthy. However, as you can see, you feature color in your promotion & that’s what attracted me. Part of my shipment was for a surprise granddaughter present as she admires my plants so much. Please rectify this omission.
