I messed up my order big time and put the wrong address, and I emailed the wrong customer service email to try and fix it. Two mess ups on my part, and they still sent me another shipment of wonderful plants! Repurposed a wine holder. Will be using them for future projects as well. Highly recommended!

I ordered two small/mini tillandsia xerographica and got a smaller air plant for free. The sizes were definitely larger than what I had in mind, but a pleasant surprise! Well packaged when shipped and such beautiful air plants at great prices! I will definitely be adding more to my collection! Thank you!

Plants arrived fast and healthy. Loved them and have ordered more. I like this shop particularly because of all the blogs about keeping your air plants healthy. I also had an interaction with Customer Service and it was perfect. Have ordered more!

The plants arrived healthy and with directions on how to care for them. I was able to make several “beach-themed terrariums” for my home and to give as gifts. I am very pleased with my purchase!

Were much bigger than expecting, and arrived perfectly. Ordered three + 1 free one, but ending up getting 6. Also there is a lot more moss and the terrariums are bigger than expected. Overall, great and will order again.

I’ve made 5 tillandsia displays with all of the plants from AirPlant City. I even sent a driftwood creation with 6 tillandsias to Chicago and the delivery was delayed. 7 days later the plants arrived healthy in spite of being in a dark box for a week.
