It was good! I got 3 - 5 pack deals; Rubras, Fasculata Golden Torches (a personal favorite), and Harrisiis. One Fasculata died shortly after arriving and it was replaced very promptly with a BEAUTIFUL plant! All the plants are still in good health, which is hard in this low humidity indoor environment.

When my plants had been delivered somewhere, but not to me, the customer service rep from Air Plant City, sent out a replacement order when it was not even their fault. Three days later, a neighbor called me saying
that her husband had just picked up the original order after it sat all that time in frigid New England temperatures outside a vacant house on another street. Those plants were so healthy that hopefully at least half of them have a good chance of pulling through!
It warms my heart to think of the kindness of Air Plant City. This combined with the high quality of their magnificent plants makes Air Plant City a company from which I expect to buy many, many more beautiful plants!

We love these three new babies! I put them in a little wicker basket with whole spices, and it makes a lovely winter decoration on our service desk at work. Customers love them too! Shipping is quick, each plant came in beautiful condition, and one even had a purple flower!

As an environmental non-profit, we often partner with schools for projects and had agreed to supply an elementary school with 200 plants for the children to make their very own, Christmas Ball terrariums to take home. The plant order that we placed with another company, two weeks in advance, got lost in shipping and the company wasn't returning our calls. It was late afternoon two days before the event and we were in a panic. We found Air Plant City online and made a desperate call to them. In the span of one hour, customer service had taken our order, packed and overnighted our order. The plants were reasonably priced, in beautiful condition, well packed in colorful red and green tissue, and they even threw in a candy cane! Hands down, one of the best and easiest online purchases I have ever made.
