I love the plants and will continue to order more since my coworkers all want one on their desks. The only issue I have it i always seem to have one or two dead when the arrive or soon after arriving. I follow the watering instructions to the letter. Keep providing wonderful air plants. Cant wait for one of mine to bloom!

Air Plant City is the best. I have made some beautiful arrangements from them. People always comment and ask questions about them. They can't believe how easy they are to take care of. They make wonderful gifts.

My plants arrived in a timely manner and were packaged well. My only complaint is that one of the plants has started turning brown and is dying. I followed the instructions as outlined in the insert in the package. However, this one issue won't prevent me from future orders.

These air plants are gorgeous and so healthy. After soaking for 30 minutes per the instructions they perked right up. Love love them. Also, came packed so nice. Thank you!

Lovely plants. I ordered the collection of 10 medium and large plants. They arrived well packaged and in really good shape, even though they got delayed in the mail for 4 extra days (the order was shipped immediately after I ordered them, but weather delayed the USPS delivery). I appreciated the instruction card about watering them upon arrival, and customer service was very good with response times, even though it was around the holidays.

The plants are beautiful. I am not a fan of the small wooden log. It is flimsy and they do not fit on it. It took a long time for the package to arrive. I was shopping prior to Christmas but I had purchased other gifts weeks after this and they arrived prior to this package did. I did not receive one of the items I ordered and paid for. It was the mister. I need to figure out how to report this.

The ordering was easy. The shipment got here quickly and as cold as it was I was sort of expecting dead plants, but both of them arrived perfectly healthy and they are thriving. I would definitely order from y'all again!

The plants were larger than expected and very healthy. Shipping was a little slow, but I wasn't in a rush to get them and it was the holiday season.
