I was extremely impressed with this order, the quality, and the quantity. I have purchased from other sources and have not been as fortunate as this, so glad I was willing to try one more time with one more company. I have more than enough to keep and gift, which was what started the desire to have the plants to begin with for businesses and home gifting. I will be making future purchases only from this company and plan to add more as time goes forward.

I have ordered from air plant city twice now, and both times I have been very happy with the quality of the plants! I immediately soaked them in water after unboxing, and they have been doing incredibly well. This most recent order was the 10 large/med/small variety, and they gave me exactly what I was hoping for, with no repeats in species and they were all a good size.

Plants appear to be ok but I have never recived plant order without name tags. I didn't realize plant name was scribbled on outside of wrapping. Actual plant may not look at its photo your website

Some of my air plants weren't in the best shape and one of the containers I ordered did not match the product description and online photo. Customer service did replace the unhealthy air plants however but not sure if I'd order from this site again give issues encountered.

All of the plants arrived in good condition except one. It was a hanging bunch (Tillandsia Funckiana Large Hanging Cluster ) but it arrived all broken up. I was unable to hang it. Very disappointing.
