I’ve been on this website multiple times, but haven’t purchased until now. I will purchase again in the future. The purchase was easy and the delivery timely. The nicest surprise was that the air plants I purchased were much larger than they looked online.

Every plant I have ordered has arrived in very good condition along with care instructions. After placing an order, it gets shipped out quickly and there are frequent updates on delivery time. Once, I thought I had an issue. The response in regards to my concern was practically immediate. As it turned out, there was no problem but I feel if there was, it would have been dealt with to my satisfaction.

I was absolutely blown away by Air Plant City. They have a huge selection, and if you're not sure about selection, or new to air plants like me, they can help you pick out just the right one. Fulfillment was very quick, as was shipping. It arrived in a protected box, and even had a packet of fertilizer included! I will definitely use them again when I purchase another.
