All the cute little air plants arrived in their little tissue paper wrapping...all seemed in good shape and jumped immediately into their water tank for a nice soaking bath.

I was hesitant to order with sub-zero temps outside here in central Indiana, but was so eager to get more from you that I did anyway! They arrived in just three days, and looked just fine. Following your instructions, I gave them a soak in tepid water and let them dry thoroughly. They look great, and seem to already be sending out some new leaves! Thanks for a great product.
