Tillandsia Ionantha Collection of 3 Air Plants

I had the package shipped to my work address since the plants and the fertilizer spray were gifts for coworkers. The package got lost in our receiving department. Before it was found, my workplace closed permanently. Air Plant Shop was going to send me a replacement order, no questions asked; fortunately before that happened the people who were liquidating stock found the package and notified me. I was very impressed with the customer service and kindness I was shown by the Air Plant Shop representative I worked with.

We had a slight hiccup, one airplant arrived in bad condition, but I emailed the company and they were right on it, they sent another one and it got here within four days! I am very happy with the overall customer service and quality of their airplants. We will be doing business with them from now on. Thank you!

Wide selection of plants to choose from, well described and shown in photos. The whole checkout process, from selection to payment, was easy and fast. Plants were packaged well for a safe trip, and shipped quickly. They arrived well and on time. The hardest part of the experience was choosing which plants I wanted to buy.

Tillandsia Ionantha Collection of 3 Air Plants
Plants were well-packed and arrived safely. They are in good health and as shown on the website. I am fascinated by air plants, and have plans for various presentations, including terrarium displays, to give as gifts as well as use in my own home, and these plants will be perfect for each. I intent to make further purchases from among the diverse offerings.
