It’s easy ordering with your company. I have a small business so I typically purchase the wholesale best seller pack. My customers love the different ways to display air plants.

Tillandsia Schiediana Clump Air Plants

I ordered a large tillandsia clump. It seems healthy so far, but it's only been a few days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of shipping. When I opened the box, there were care instructions and a little card; the clump was packed with lots of newspaper shreds very securely. No risk of being squashed. I've ordered from another air plant online retailer before with similarly priced shipping, but I think Air Plant Shop put more thought and effort into carefully packing and shipping.

I reached out to customer service to ask a question about my order, and I got a pretty prompt and clear response. Then, after the order had already been confirmed, I heard from the packing department that the two items that I had bought were not compatible with each other. They offered me a replacement set of plants that would fit better in the containers I bought and saved me money!
