Plants arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I am pleased with my new plants. After watering (soaking) one or two that initially looked a little dry perked up considerably.

The delivery was short one plant. Talked to customer service and they are going to send it. Kind of a hassle. Plants I received were nice.

The 3 tecorums arrived in great shape but I ordered size large. 2 look to be medium sized as they are the same size as the size “medium” I bought at an air plant nursery.

Hi James, sorry for the disappointment. The air plant food is only included with listings that specifically include the packet, or if it is purchased separately. We sell it on our website for $4.95, and it'll make several gallons- at least a year's worth!
