I’ve been ordering from the Air Plant Shop and never had an inkling of trouble until the one time I was ahead of the game & ordered Mother’s Day gifts weeks ahead of time. ALL of the issues came from the USPS but APS was so amazing in helping track & replace a package USPS had lost to my mother in law, and also helped locate the package for my mom that the USPS tracking system failed to register in their program. APS was just wonderful to work with as always. My MIL was very impressed with their mission toward helping build schools as well, so bonus! Highly, highly recommend & will definitely be ordering from again.
