Plant quality was very good. Customer service was even better. When I did not receive my order, I sent an email to CS. I received a very quick response from Tiffany indicating my order has been lost in the mail. She offered a refund or replacement.. I asked for the replacement of my order, it was promptly mailed out, and I happily receive my plants. No fuss. Easy peasy. Professionally handled. 👍🏻👏🏻

While I'm rather new to air plants, I have ordered different varieties from other shops with pretty good results. However, the medium Xerographicas I received from Air Plant Shop were by far the absolute best plants I have ever received. I love them and look forward to ordering again.

I received my first air plant last Christmas, and I accidentally killed my poor plant because of rookie mistakes. I was looking to replace it and Air Plant Shop was the first place I looked. I soon discovered that by creating an account, I could get 3 air plants FREE! I was ecstatic. I placed my order and they arrived a week later in perfect condition. I LOVE them. Thank you for your tremendous products and service.
