As I mentioned in my product review, I am so impressed with your Customer Service. After I placed my order, I emailed them to request a certain plant appearance (short and squatty instead of tall and slender) to fill in a display I was using. They were very accommodating which shocked me that they could associate my email with my online order and still have my plants in the mail so quickly. Bravo!

Plants arrived in excellent condition. After a good soak they looked happy. Love finding places for them in an old piece of wood, little china cups, and still looking for small places to put them.!!! What a fun hobby!
