The plants are great and customer service is, too. I got a pack of three plants, two of which were extremely healthy with the third being less than. I reached out and received a replacement plant for the sickly one. And, one of my original plants had a bloom today!

I was disappointed in my last order of Tillandsia Ionantha Rubra Hanging Clusters with String for Hanging. It was smushed somewhat, 4 of them were dead, and lots of dried and dead leaves, some had flowered and the flowers were dead. My first order was ok.
Thanks, Trina Thayer
Update:
I received the replacement plants you sent to me. I am very surprised and pleased. They were bigger and different than I was expecting. They seemed very healthy as well.
Thank you,
Trina Thayer

You did a great job of protecting the live plants and getting the items to me in a timely fashion as they were a gift for a friend. The plants were healthy and the plant holders I bought were nice. I’ll be shopping with you again!

Everything plus the free plants arrived safely. All the plants were beautiful and very healthy plants. I will definitely order again. I was impressed with the thoughtful care that went in to packing the plants themselves - and not a single glass bowl broke or was cracked! Surprise! A lovely little bag of moss was included with the order. Thank you!

I received my plants on time and in perfect condition. Planting is my new hobby I think Air Plants are fascinating. I ordered two about year ago and my first thought was you don't put this in dirt? I now have about 12 of them. Very easy to care for.

You guys are awesome. Plants came looking great. I will bee ordering again. The only complaint I have and this may have been my oversight, is that a pic had 3 plants and that’s what I thought I was getting.
