I took up the offer to subscribe to Air Plant Shop's mailing list and get a free bundle of small air plants. I had extra charges applied to my order and emailed their customer service who almost immediately addressed it and resolved the issue. I got my plants soon after and I LOVE them, in good condition. They are a gift for a friend, but I'm now interested in buying more for myself...

The plants that arrived are my Christmas gift from my husband. They were very neatly packed and healthy. I couldn't be happier ! The plants are beautiful and one of the biggest plants had a flower beginning to open but had been broken. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I do love all the plants I received.

Majority of the plants arrived in very good quality. There were a few with broken leaves and I’m sure it happened during transit. The plants arrived quickly. There is one plant that didn’t look good when I opened the box but I’m still giving it time to recover. Overall I’m very satisfied with my order. There are a couple of missing items but that’s because I placed a big order. I will call and I’m sure they’ll fix it. Thank you very much for the great service, fast shipping and quality plants. I highly recommend you guys.?
