Everything is awesome! I was super excited to get my shipment. I opened it and my husband was watching me jump up and down each time I unwrapped a bit of tissue paper!! I can't wait to get everything all set up and in the windows I want them in.

I have ordered twice from your company. I am new to the world of air plants. So, I have lost a few along the way. All to rot. I soak mine for only 15 minutes, I shake them, put them upside down for 12 hours before putting them back up. So, idk what I did wrong. Anyway, it was 2 days past the 30 day guarantee, so I couldn't get replacements. Also, on my second order, the first shipment never came to me, I emailed, but never got a response, so I called and was pleasantly received, and promptly received replacement plants. Overall, I am satisfied with your company. I love these little bundles of joy!
