I appreciate that the shop guarantees their plants will arrive intact. They sent me replacement plants when I let them know that a couple had been damaged when I opened the box. That means a lot.

The plants were exactly as expected. I was happy with them. The fertilizer seems fine. However the spray bottle for the plants is useless. It leaks when I tried to use it. It it is a complete waste.

It was easy to place my order. The plants arrived healthy and the shape of the leaves are lovely. However, I ordered a Large Tillandsia Capitata Peach because of its color and it doesn't have much color at all. So I am disappointed. I would like to exchange it if possible for one that is more colorful.

The plants I received were very nice. I soaked them for 30-minutes upon arrival and I'm happy with the purchase. I was a little disappointed because one of the items I ordered ended up being out of stock. They ended up refunding it.

my order included a total of 10 air plants. All great except for one. It is very small with over a third of the leaves dead or dying. I will return it. There is a 30 day guarantee.
