Purchasing for my first time went really well. I took advantage of the email sign up offer and purchased additional products that all arrived quickly. Shipping was delayed a little due to weather related events and my items still arrived in great shape.

Large Tillandsia Xerographica + 1 Year Air Plant Fertilizer Pack
Please describe your experience with our company.
I’ve ordered several times, mostly through Etsy. This last time was through the site and I was not completely satisfied with the products I received. However, I contacted customer service and received very kind responses, a quick replacement, and even a few extras, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s lovely when a business cares about the customers satisfaction more so than the money. Thank you.

These plants are beautiful! We used them in these root systems from dug up shrubs that we epoxy dipped and turned into planters.
