Shipping was super fast. The order was packaged really nicely. I got an awesome deal on several air plants. When I received them they were for the most part very healthy. One or two has had brown tips but I blame the postal service for that as they happened to get stuck over weekends at the post office till they could be delivered the following Monday morning. I loved these so much I ordered three more
