Shipping was OK. Pretty standard. My only issue is with the larger air plant, and several of the smaller ones they browned and went bad. At least 3 plants were fully trashed. I had photos, but I can't seem to find them at the moment. I only watered once. They're guaranteed for a month, but these few did NOT last an entire month. They were soft, mushy brown in 1 week. The rest, have grown beautifully and this was a second order for us. The first order has thrived for several months in our home. Not sure why the larger plant and a few smaller ones weren't happy. I follow the standard "soak em, sit upside down to drain for several hours." They were dry when I put them back in their holders for the one and only watering they received.

I bought a set of 24 smaller plants. They came in quick well packaged. We were so excited I immediately purchased a second set with the larger plants (randomly selected). I was floored by the variety. Service was quick as usual.

I couldn't be more pleased. Not only was I kept informed, but when I received them, I followed the directions of giving them water, and they came to life right away. I love them and hope to start an air plant business. They are very healthy looking.

I love this company. First, let me talk about the ease of ordering, quick, simple, and straight forward. My delivery time was very quick. Since I ordered variety packs, the plants were packaged together, but as individual items. As I ordered three different variety pack. My plants weren’t smashed or dry looking, but I still soaked them for about an hour before I put them up. Most definitely I will order again and recommend them as well.

This has been one of the best experiences with online plant purchases. I'm fairly new to air plants and after coming across this site decided to order, and it has been amazing. All plants came well packaged and good condition. I bought plants that needed TLC but honestly they are in great shape. I have placed many orders and I will continue too.

I got a few more than I expected and I love them. It all started as “looking for an interior plant easy to care” and I fell in love with them. There’s a wide variety and thousands of options for terrariums or alternatives to add a nature touch to your home. I recommend it 100%
