I received my air plants a couple weeks ago. They were delivered in 20 degree weather and sat on my doorstep in the cold for about two hours before I got home from work. Two weeks later they seem to be doing great.

Tillandsia Streptophylla Air Plants - Multiple Sizes
Please describe your experience with our company.
Overall, I have had a really great experience with Air Plants Supply Co. I ordered a few air plants: 3 large Xerographicas, 1 Xerographica (in need of TLC), 1 XL Tectorum, and 1 large Streptophylla. The plants arrived safely and super quick (within the same week). I was satisfied with the quality of most of the plants. The 3 large Xerographicas were beautiful as well as the XL Tectorum. The TLC Xerographica was surprisingly in better shape than what I was expecting. The only plant I had issues with was the Streptophylla. When I reached out to APSC, they were very helpful in helping me resolve this issue. They honored their 30-day guarantee and sent me replacement Filifolias (my choice) that were healthy and looked great. I really appreciate a company that is transparent with customers, takes responsibility and honors their commitment to delivering quality plants/service. I would definitely order from them again and I recommend this company to others looking for some new air plant friends :)
