Have ordered several plants, they almost always come in perfect condition. The one time they didn’t, Air Plant Supply Co was quick to remedy it. Love ordering from them, and appreciate their sustainability and social impact lens as well.

The plants came in great shape. There was a small mix up, so my plants came in two separate packages. But the customer service was very fast responding and helpful. Both packages were shipped quickly and had the plants wrapped up nicely. I will definitely be ordering again soon :)

Shipments usually arrive very quickly and look very nice. Living in New England it is not a good idea to order air plants as it is too cold.

PRE-ORDER: 12 Inch Tall Handmade Air Plant Christmas Tree with 50 Living Tillandsias
I cannot find the Christmas tree on the site any longer but I just have to leave a review and I would love to show you the picture. I ordered the small tree for my mother and she received it today. She loves it! I saw a picture of her tree and I love it too!! Sorry that I didn't order one for myself. Thank you Air Plant Supply Co. If you tell me where to post the picture of the tree, I'll do it.

Plants were in great shape when they arrived. We didn't know much about air plants, so more website details on plant size would be helpful. (we wanted smaller plants, but there worked)
