I ordered three air plants in early September and they arrived super fast. They were beautiful, but one of them died really quickly, despite me following the directions provided. I contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement that is thriving. I'm thrilled with every aspect of my experience with Air Plant Supply Co. and recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful air plants.

Great selection of plants, accessories, and information. Fast shipping and in the unfortunate (and very rare) event that an order that might be missing a plant or one dies in shipping/shortly after receiving, they will ship the replacement immediately upon notification. Best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. A+ plants and constant have specials going.

I am so enjoying taking care of my Air plants. I have several now that are blooming and I am slowly but surely learning the names and the ins and outs of caring for these beautiful plants. I started this hobby after losing my son to a long illness. I needed something to nurture and care for. All the plants I have gotten are always healthy and it is exciting watching them grow and now blooming.

No problems, healthy plants. Company is a bit hard to communicate with. I use the plants with my driftwood art and sold the first ten in two days of craft show. I also said that I would donate a dollar to the school project so I owe ten bucks. If anyone reads this let me know if I should send the money to APS or ? I am ordering ten more plants.
