Fast & friendly responses, fast shipping-- though some plants were packed very tightly and there were many damaged leaves in my last big shipment, much moreso than in my first experience.

Tillandsia Xerographica Seedling - 2-4 Inches Wide - Help Support Sustainable Farming

I purchased air plants on July 2, 2019. I thought that since it wasn’t in the winter (when I longingly look at green things, esp Tillandsias) I wouldn’t have to worry about heat packs, etc.
Turns out a black mail box in full sun is not good either.

Have had such a great experience with this company and LOVE their community outreach. My last order of Jumbo plants came with a variety that looked a little rough from the shipping so have had to apply a little extra TLC, but otherwise ... Beautiful!

I have been buying wholesale for over a year now. Air Plant Supply company always stands behind the quality of it's plants and if a mistake happens to be made on an order, they make it right. We're all human, so mistakes will happen. It's nice to deal with a company that corrects errors quickly and without major hassle.

I ordered a driftwood piece to use as the base for my wedding centerpiece prototype. The measurement charts on the site helped me figure out the exact size that I wanted and ordering was fast and easy. The driftwood arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I'm super happy with how my prototype came out and will definitely be ordering in bulk when the time comes!
