Air Plant Supply Co. was great! I got my plants in a timely manner, and they were nicely wrapped together in the box so they weren’t damaged during shipping. I even accidentally received one more plant than I ordered! BONUS! The plants are easy to care for and have been thriving for the few weeks I have had them!

Confusing instructions on whether to mist, dunk for 20 min and dry, or both - should tailor instructions to specific plant species!

I have ordered twice from Air Plant Supply Co. and both orders came to me quickly! They sent beautifully wrapped healthy Air Plants that have been a joy to watch grow. The first order was 6 months before the second so I felt good making my second order. They had the special plants I was seeking the second time and they even answered my email question on the second order quickly and professionally. I feel great doing business with Air Plant Supply Co.!!!

I’ve only ordered once so far but their plants are beautiful and healthy. If your plants don’t make the trip to your house happy, they will replace them no questions asked. Their customer service is the reason I recommend them to all my friends and family looking for air plants and I plan on buying more from them once I get the space.

Tillandsia Ionantha Guatemala Air Plants
Please describe your experience with our company.
I placed a fairly big order for making gifts. The air plants I ordered were of high quality and shipped quickly. After watering them, I made the mistake of not allowing them to fully dry before turning them right side up. Totally my fault but I ruined about 25 plants. I was in a panic as I had to deliver my gifts and did not have enough plants. I contacted customer service and they were so kind to ship some new plants (shipped that same day) so I was able to deliver my gifts to all of my clients. I was prepared to pay for them since it was my fault but since they have a 30 day guarantee they covered the cost. My experience in dealing with this company is a 10 out of 10. I will order from them again and recommend to others. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Beth
